The whole process of sending images of my hair and then images of styles I like gave me more confidence in picking someone new! Finding a new stylist is always an anxiety provoking experience, especially after you\'ve had a bad experience coming out looking like your curls were cut by a hedge trimmer in a static-filled sauna. She asked a lot of questions about how I wear my hear, products I used, and discussed different products and processes for the environment here - moved from SoCal where it\'s dry with more lime in the water than a bad mojito. I love the style and cut. I will be back!

I’ve been to this salon twice now to see Miss Jade- once for a cut and once for a color. I can say nothing but wonderful things about her! She really takes her time listening to your concerns and desires, does her best to educate you about *your* specific hair and what parts of your goals are attainable, what parts of your goals might be tricky, and what parts of your goals might not work (due to things like damage, existing color, curl pattern, texture/density). Hair is so personal and I came to Jade after a bad haircut really destroyed my self confidence. With some minor tweaks, she made me feel beautiful again and I can’t thank her enough for it. I look forward to all the color adventures we’ll share and growing my curls out with her magic touch. Thank you Jade ❤️

Annie has been coloring, cutting, and styling my extremely thick, long, graying, “doesn’t know how it wants to behave” hair for a few years now. Let me say that I have never felt more comfortable with both a stylist AND a salon environment. After years of feeling rushed in salons, not knowing what I would pay (see my hair description again), and booking a stylist but ending up passed between chairs/salon employees like a hot potato….it is sooooo nice to not be surprised anymore by who I am seeing, what I am paying, and the services I am booking. I am able to book Annie (online!!) who knows my hair, and stick with Annie for all of my services. She is wonderful- spinning my mess of hair into the perfect “bronde” and making recommendations as my preferences evolve. Her skillset is varied, and I feel comfortable knowing that I can ask for her expertise for anything from highlights to balayage to vivids…bang trims to full cuts and fantastic blowouts. Having this relationship makes me feel so much more confident as a client. I’m so thankful I found Annie and WFLYH. Now you need to book her too.

Franky always does a fantastic job with my hair and today\'s appointment was no different. I have been a client of Franky\'s for well over 10 years and every single time I receive a service,I feel renewed and my hair- just beautiful! She takes the time to work with my hair needs and offers wonderful suggestions for my future needs (i.e. lots white hairs popping up out of nowhere) She has grown to become the owner, the president and the CEO of her company and the salon is a gorgeous space. It\'s clean, modern and beautifully set up. So proud of Franky\'s success and look forward to my next appointment with her!

Franky\'s knowledge of hair health in general but in relation/addition to women\'s health spectacular. I\'ve been undergoing some hair changes and Franky helped me tease through the problem. I love seeing them, and so does my hair!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My only complaint is WFLYH exceeds 5 stars, 🤷🏼‍♀️
