CANCELLATIONS
I understand that cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice. A credit card is required for booking, and I authorize its use for any cancellation fees incurred due to late cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellations made between FORTY-EIGHT (48) - TWENTY-FOUR (24) hour's notice = 50% cancellation fee of services booked rendered to the card on file

Cancellations made with TWENTY-FOUR (24) hours' or less notice = 100% cancellation fee of services booked rendered to the card on file

If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or you are sick (please stay home!) contact your stylist about next steps.

In the event a cancelation fee is unpaid, the balance must be settled in order to book any future appointments.

Automated appointment reminders will be sent from 312-997-5511 (please DO NOT reply to this number to cancel an appointment, contact your stylist).

I understand that all salon services are a reservation of time and are priced at an hourly rate; the clock starts when my appointment is scheduled and not when I arrive.

I understand that my service provider reserves the right to cancel / reschedule / amend my appointment if I arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes after my scheduled appointment time and that a late arrival fee may apply.
