APPOINTMENTS
Hourly Rate & Estimates: All salon services are priced by the hour. While we may provide an estimated timeframe during booking, the final duration and total cost can only be confirmed after an in-person consultation.
Late Arrivals: Salon Services are a reservation of time and are priced at an hourly rate; the clock starts when the appointment is scheduled and not upon arrival. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service provider reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the appointment. A late arrival fee may be applied.
CANCELLATIONS
Notice Requirement: Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time. A credit card is required for booking, and by providing it, you authorize its use for any cancellation fees due to late cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation Fees:
48 to 24 Hours' Notice: Cancellations made with 48 to 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the services booked, charged to the card on file.
Less than 24 Hours' Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 100% of the services booked, charged to the card on file.
Sickness & Emergencies: If you are ill, experience an emergency, or need to cancel last-minute, please text 312-344-3683 for further assistance.
Unpaid Balances: Any unpaid cancellation fees must be settled before future bookings can be scheduled.
PAYMENT
Payment Due: Payment for salon services is due at the time services are rendered.
You may pay using the card on file or in cash. Please note, if paying by cash, you must bring exact change or as close to it as possible, as we do not have a cash register and cannot provide change.
In the event that change is owed, the amount will be applied as a gift card credit on your account for future use.
No Refunds: You acknowledge and agree that no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for fees, services rendered, hair products purchased, or hair extension sales.
MEDIA CONSENT
Photo & Video Release: You consent to the salon capturing images and videos of you and your hairstyle before, during, and after services. This includes close-up shots of your hair, overall looks, and transformation processes.
Rights & Usage: You grant WFLYH and its affiliates the irrevocable, perpetual right to use, modify, and distribute images, videos, and any related content for any commercial or non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, social media, promotions, training, and website features.
Ownership: You acknowledge that WFLYH holds exclusive ownership of all media taken during your appointment. You agree not to contest these rights or request additional compensation for any future usage.
Opt-Out: If you do not wish to have photos or videos taken, please notify us at WFLYH@ifuckingloveyourhair.com prior to your appointment.
GRIEVANCES & ADJUSTMENTS
Service Satisfaction: WFLYH takes your hair seriously and value open, good-faith communication. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please adhere to the following steps:
Notify us via email at WFLYH@ifuckingloveyourhair.com within 7 days of your appointment. Adjustments will not be accepted after this 7-day period.
Allow the salon the first opportunity to address and remedy any issues to your satisfaction.
Agree not to post negative comments, reviews, or grievances about the salon on social media or other public platforms without first allowing WFLYH the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Policy on Complimentary Services: We do not offer complimentary services for changes in preference or direction once services have been rendered.
